Basic requirements: 1) Available parking space (owned or long-term lease), 2) Electrical connection capable of supporting desired charger capacity, 3) Public or semi-public accessibility. Our team will conduct a site survey to assess feasibility.

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and Lithions Wallet. Add money to your wallet for faster checkout and receive exclusive discounts on charging sessions.

Charging cost is calculated based on energy consumed (₹/kWh) or time (₹/minute) depending on the station. You'll see exact pricing before starting any session. Final amount is calculated automatically when you end the session.

If a session is interrupted due to technical issues, you'll only be charged for the energy actually delivered. Contact our 24/7 support through the app for immediate assistance. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

Yes, the Lithions app is completely free to download on both Android and iOS devices. You only pay for the charging sessions you use.

Our network supports all major EV brands including Tata, Mahindra, MG, Hyundai, Kia, BYD, and more. We have AC slow chargers (Type 2, Bharat AC001) and DC fast chargers (CCS2, CHAdeMO, GB/T) to accommodate all EV types - from electric scooters to SUVs.

Yes! Lithions allows you to reserve a charging slot up to 24 hours in advance. Simply select your preferred station, choose a time slot, and confirm your booking. You'll receive reminders before your scheduled session.

Once at the station: 1) Open the Lithions app, 2) Scan the QR code on the charger or select the station manually, 3) Connect your vehicle, 4) Tap "Start Charging". The session will begin automatically and you can monitor progress in real-time.

EMSP stands for E-Mobility Service Provider. As an EMSP, Lithions provides EV drivers with access to a wide network of charging stations through our app. We handle user registration, session management, payments, and customer support. This means you can use one app to access charging stations from multiple Charge Point Operators (CPOs) across India.

A Charge Point Operator (CPO) owns and operates the physical charging stations, handles installation, maintenance, and electricity supply. An E-Mobility Service Provider (EMSP) like Lithions provides the customer-facing services - the app, payment processing, and customer support. Think of it like how you might book a hotel through MakeMyTrip (service provider) even though you stay at a Marriott (asset owner). Lithions works with multiple CPOs to give you access to thousands of chargers.

OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol) is an open standard that allows communication between charging stations and central management systems. Lithions fully supports OCPP 1.6 and OCPP 2.0.1, enabling us to connect with any OCPP-compliant charger regardless of manufacturer. This ensures seamless interoperability across our entire charging network.
