Lithions provides EV charging station booking and payment services. You agree to observe all rules set by charging station hosts including parking restrictions and hours of operation.
You may request refunds for charges made in error or services not delivered as promised. Contact info@lithions.com for refund requests. Approved refunds are processed within 9 business days.
Free cancellation if made 24+ hours before scheduled start. Late cancellations may incur fees. Cancel through the app, website, or by contacting support@lithions.com.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the Indian Council of Arbitration.
